Abiramy Sivalogananthan serves as the South Asia Regional Coordinator for the Asia FloorWage Alliance (AFWA), where she leads efforts to advance labour and gender rights acrossthe region. As a PhD candidate in Transitional Justice, her academic pursuits complement her extensive fieldwork, which has transitioned from political movements to a deep focus on labour rights in South Asia.
