Luxury Retailer Ssense’s Founders Get Buyout Approval, Deal Closes

A founder-led buyout of the Canadian luxury fashion retailer was approved by the Quebec Superior Court, allowing the founding brothers to acquire the company out of bankruptcy despite objections from a group of lenders who sought liquidation.
