Kering Raises $690 Million in New York Property Deal with Ardian

The French group is contributing 715-717 Fifth Avenue to a new joint venture with Ardian, as it continues its push to maintain control of prime retail locations while raising cash.
Sales at flagship brand Gucci fell by 14 percent in the third quarter with overall group sales down 5 percent.
