At HUGO BOSS, we are seeking a strategic and analytical Business Partner BP&A (m/f/d) to drive impactful decision-making across Brand, Product, and Marketing. What you can expect:

• Strategic business partner to the Business Units on all issues along the entire value chain (strategic & operational)
• Preparation of business cases and recommendations for action for the board and top management
• Development of guidelines and standards with strategic importance and significant financial impact while leading global projects
• Development and implementation of innovative strategies, tools, and processes that align financial insights with the company's brand, product, and marketing objectives while adapting to evolving market dynamics.
• Guide the creation and optimization of product group margin plans and collection development framework, ensuring alignment with sales strategies, market trends, and overall profitability goals.
• Conduct in-depth order, complexity and net sales analyses, as well as price simulations. Derive actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Your profile:

• You have a successfully completed degree in economics with a focus on controlling, business informatics, statistics or equivalent practical experience
• At least 5-7 years of professional experience
• Hands-on mentality as well as implementation strength and willingness to change appeal to you
• Creativity in approaching complex issues as well as strong analytical skills are among your strengths
• You are business fluent in English and have strong communication skills
• The ability to work in a team, commitment, organizational talent as well as communicative and analytical strength round off your profile
• Digital Affinity: Strong focus on leveraging digital tools and technology to enhance efficiency
