In Global Retail Experience & Services, the Customer Experience team develops strategies, concepts, and solutions that empower our offline and online sales channels to deliver a world-class, end-to-end customer experience - always with a Consumer First mindset and in line with our "CLAIM 5" touchdown strategy.
We are looking for a Manager Omnichannel Services (Global Customer Experience Team) to start as soon as possible (01.05.2026).

What you can expect:

  • Act as a customer experience expert with a focus on in-store omnichannel services, initiating, further developing, and managing projects and concepts with a strong focus on the end-to-end in-store customer experience and journey.
  • Take the lead as an expert for innovative in-store omnichannel services (e.g. Ship from Store, BOPIS), bringing the customer experience to life across all store formats by ensuring a seamless end-to-end journey and driving operational excellence through clear guidelines and instructions for in-store implementation, technical integrations, and processes.
  • Proactively expand the global omnichannel services concept for HUGO BOSS end consumers, working closely with local markets to identify international requirements, ensure roll-out to new markets, integrate local specifics into the global framework, and monitor local implementation where applicable.
  • Plan and execute cross-functional workshops, exchange meetings, and calls, ensuring active engagement, clear outcomes, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the further development of the HUGO BOSS Customer Experience Strategy together with the team and leadership.
  • Operate in a diverse, highly communicative, and international environment, working cross-functionally, taking full ownership of your tasks, and managing stakeholders effectively.


Your profile:

  • Degree in (international) business administration/economics, business management, textile/trade management or a comparable qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, omnichannel services, and retail-related roles.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); any additional language is a plus.
  • Solid experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and a demonstrable track record in delivering new omnichannel services.
  • Strong passion for fashion and lifestyle and a keen interest in exploring and shaping Customer Experience topics.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills and the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
