about this team:

The Payroll & Operations Accounting team is significant to the Company by ensuring accurate accounting of payroll and operations for lululemon store support center, retail stores and other locations globally. As an integral part of this team, you will work with multiple teams to ensure accuracy in payroll accounts and compliance with accounting standards and payroll regulations. You have a desire for continuous improvement and contributing to the success of the company.

core responsibilities:
  • You will prepare and post various accruals such as bonuses, and wages.
  • You will manage international payrolls monthly by uploading GL files to Oracle EBS.
  • You will perform payroll GL account reconciliations monthly.
  • You will coordinate with various departments to review and discuss the month-end results.
  • You will support external and internal auditors with their inquiries during the quarter and year-end reviews.
  • You will conduct travel and expense audit monthly.
  • You will attend a weekly meeting with the team to discuss continuous improvement in payroll and operations accounting processes.
  • You will perform other ad hoc tasks as they arise.


qualifications:
  • You are professional designated accountant (CPA) or close to the completion.
  • You have experience with Oracle EBS and PowerBI.
  • You have knowledge of payroll accounting process
  • You have strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Familiarity with VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, and pivot tables are a must).
  • You enjoy working in a team environment.
  • You are a highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to engage in, prioritize, and perform multiple ongoing tasks.
  • You love dreaming up and creating new or improving current systems, templates, and reports.
  • You have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $81,500-$107,00annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
