This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
The Associate, Email Marketing for the EUME Region will be responsible for establishing and executing revenue generating initiatives and events. The role will oversee continual optimization efforts on existing email campaigns, including personalization and affinity targeting. This role will drive email performance by working cross-functionally across several teams, including eCommerce, Retail, Marketing, Creative, Technology, Product, Analytics, CRM, and Site Merchandising.

This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and fluency in English to support reporting, cross‑market alignment, and collaboration with global teams.

Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo, including campaign execution and automated flows, is a plus.

A Day in the Life:

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Email Marketing Execution: Implement email marketing campaigns tailored to the EUME region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines. Execute both BAU/broadcast and lifecycle email/SMS programs, including welcome, post‑purchase, and behavior‑based flows.
  • Calendarization: In close partnership with Marketing and eCommerce, maintain email calendar and execute email campaign scheduling to ensure proper cadence, avoiding overlapping messages and ensuring key message integration.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, monitor key metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Constantly conduct A/B testing to fine-tune performance. Test and optimize email content, layout, and delivery timing to enhance open and click rates, and identify opportunities to improve deliverability, engagement, and revenue.
  • Segmentation and Personalization: Working with the Senior Manager, CRM to segment audiences, personalize communications and maximize engagement with the goal of offering omni-customer experience. Collaborate with CRM, Creative, and Product teams to develop effective content and promotional strategies. Drive email innovation for global audiences through personalization by targeting affinity purchasing, lifecycle stages, and site behaviors. Manage customer data attributes and segmentation to support advanced targeting and dynamic content. This is currently decided by Marketing and EC and signed off by Email team. We can plan to keep this flow and see how it evolves.
  • Content and Creative: Support the development of email templates, provide clear brief to Creative team for asset creation with the goal of balancing commercial performance and brand storytelling. Conduct QA checks (links, dynamic fields, device rendering) to ensure flawless execution.
  • Cross-Functional Excellence: Partner with eCommerce, Retail, CRM, Marketing, Creative, Merchandising team and the Headquarters to ensure alignment on commerce and brand equity building.
  • Compliance Maintenance: Maintain compliance with regional data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Project Management: Maintain relationships with external vendors and platforms supporting email marketing operations. Cascade guidance to wholesale markets to implement email marketing campaigns. Support enhancements to tracking, event data, and integrations to ensure accurate performance attribution.


EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE
  • 3 years' experience of hands-on email marketing in Fashion Retail / Luxury industry.
  • University degree or above in Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiencies in email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Sailthru, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Proven track record of managing CRM data system, implementing CRM programs and campaign management.
  • Experience in data tools, i.e. MicroStrategy, Tableau, would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mind with good report writing skills, and able to transform data into actionable insight. Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, large‑dataset manipulation) is required.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Curious with a positive and can-do attitude; attention to detail.
  • Experience working with outside vendors.
  • English fluency required due to cross‑regional collaboration.
