As Senior Manager Global Sales Development (m/f/d), you will be part of the Global Sales Development team and report directly to the Head of Global Sales Development. In this senior role, you take a leading position in shaping and driving global commercial and product-related strategic initiatives across all channels and business units. You operate with a high degree of autonomy, act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, and drive complex international projects from conceptualization to implementation.You will collaborate closely with markets, business units, and central functions to translate customer and industry insights into robust strategic directions and impactful go-to-market initiatives for our BOSS and HUGO brands worldwide.

What you can expect:

  • Cooperate with top management in developing a customer-centric and competitive global commercial strategy for HUGO BOSS AG
  • Lead and steer global, cross-functional strategic projects aimed at improving our sales and product strategies.
  • Develop global distribution, channel and expansion concepts to optimally reach target customers through our BOSS and HUGO brands.
  • Translate strategic direction into concrete, actionable initiatives and ensure alignment across key internal stakeholders and markets.
  • Collaborate closely with all subsidiaries worldwide, ensuring a strong go-to-market approach and elevating partner support to best-in-class standards.
  • Analyse global sales performance, commercial formats and customer behaviours, identify growth levers and business opportunities, and recommend innovative and customer-centric solutions to improve company performance.
  • Prepare, own and deliver high-impact board level presentations, strategic analyses and key decision documents for the CSO office, ensuring clarity, precision and impact.
  • Engage confidently with senior stakeholders across the organization, balancing influence, communication, and strategic judgment
  • Ensure robust, fact-based decision-making and present possible courses of action regarding the future orientation of the company to the top management


Your profile:

  • Master's degree/MBA with 7+ years of experience in retail, consumer brands, or strategy consultancy.
  • Proven track record in strategic business development and brand-focused projects.
  • Extensive go-to-market expertise with a keen understanding of industry and market dynamics.
  • International experience preferred
  • Proficient in English, with basic German skills preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Confident, adaptable team player who excels in detail-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-focused approaches.
