Minimum 2 years of experience in retail/ fashion retail/ luxury retails.
Fresh Graduates are encouraging to apply.
Pleasant and good grooming skills.
Passionate with fashion and luxury retails industry.
Attention to detail, quick-minded and energetic person.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
Good spoken of English, ability to converse in other languages will be an added advantage.
Computer and Microsoft utilities savvy.

Job responsibilities

Key support to Boutique Manager on day-to-day back of house operations including cashiering, daily sales reconciliation, cash counting on sales transaction and closing, emails, etc.
Responsible on all shipping and receiving functions that affect the store inventory are processed accurately.
Responsible an orderly and neat stock and receiving area as well as the general maintenance of the store, merchandise, replenishment, packaging, equipment, staff uniform, etc.
Participate and monitor in all inventory, stock counts and Worldwide after sales service, accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
Oversee compliance of all associates with established Company policies, procedures, and standards.
Manage boutique team in execution of operations tasks.
