The Role:

As Showroom Manager, you will be the brand ambassador for FRATO at Harrods, leading all showroom operations, managing the team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee stock control and ordering processes;
  • Recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing team focused on excellence and collaboration;
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions;
  • Ensure perfect product presentation and compliance with brand visual standards;
  • Ensure compliance with all administrative, financial, and operational procedures, working closely with FRATO headquarters;
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with top clients, VIPs, and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring a personalized luxury experience;
  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client journey at every touchpoint;
  • Coordinate showroom updates and annual display renovations in line with product launches;
  • Arrange and host client meetings in-house or at client premises;
  • The role may occasionally require undertaking additional reasonable duties as assigned by the Line Manager. Flexibility and a team-oriented approach are essential, particularly in supporting colleagues during peak periods, staff absences or unforeseen circumstances.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in luxury retail management (ideally interiors, furniture or design-led brands);
  • Previous experience within a leading department store (Harrods experience highly desirable);
  • Strong leadership capability with the confidence to manage autonomously;
  • Polished presentation and exceptional interpersonal skills;
  • Commercially driven, with a strong sense of style and attention to detail;
  • Experience working with UHNW clients;
  • Possess exceptional multitasking abilities and the confidence to navigate challenges independently;
  • Fluent in English required; additional languages advantageous;
  • Availability to work on weekends and in shifts.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary starting from £50,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience;
  • A central role in a growing international luxury brand;
  • Exposure to a global clientele in one of the most prestigious retail locations in the world;
  • A refined and professional work environment;
  • An attractive performance-based bonus structure;
  • Opportunities for progression within FRATO’s international network.
