About this team
The Visual Merchandising (VM) team under Brand Marketing brings our product and brand to life in stores across Mexico through thoughtful product presentation, compelling storytelling, and elevated guest experience. We partner closely with Store Operations, Retail Leadership, Merchandising, and North America & Global partners to deliver localized VM strategies, seasonal floorsets , In-Store Marketing, campaign execution , and consistent brand expression across all markets.
This role supports both existing stores and New Store Openings (NSOs), ensuring visual merchandising excellence that reflects the unique needs of the Mexico business.

A day in the life: what you'll do
The Visual Merchandising Specialist, Mexico is responsible for leading and delivering VM execution, planning, and training across all Mexico stores. This role ensures visual standards meet lululemon's global expectations while adapting strategies to Mexico's unique assortment, cultural context, and business needs.
Visual Strategy, Planning & Execution
- Conduct weekly reviews of store layouts, floormaps , and VM execution across all Mexico stores.
- Provide weekly feedback and coaching to stores on VM standards, execution quality, and opportunities.
- Lead quarterly, monthly, and weekly VM strategy planning for Mexico, aligned with North America direction and current buys.
- Develop monthlyand quarterlyVM Guides tailored to the Mexico assortment , following NA & Global strategy.
- Facilitate monthly team meetings to present upcoming strategies and product storytelling.
- Oversee VM execution for priority moments including Product Hits (PH), Start Sales, and seasonal transitions.
- Support lighting adjustments and visual environment enhancements in stores.
Campaign & In-Store Marketing Management
- Manage end ‑ to ‑ end campaign execution, including planning, coordination, setups, and dismantling.
- Translate and adapt campaign materials, styling playbooks, VM resources, and VM modules (VM100/200/300).
- Oversee signage design, translation, specifications, and ongoing updates for all Mexico stores.
- Partner with agencies and suppliers for signage production and campaign material needs.
New Store Openings (NSO)
- SupportNSO floormap planning in partnership with NASP and Mexico Store Development teams.
- Support VM setup, execution, and operational readiness during NSO turnovers.
- Ensure NSO teams are trained on VM standards, store operating principles, and all relevant resources.
Training & Store Support
- Deliver ongoing VM training for in ‑ store Visual Merchandising Specialists (VMS) and Store Managers.
- Design andfacilitateupcoming training for Regional Managers.
- Provide direct individual support to each in ‑ store VMS for problem solving, coaching, and development.
- Support TA interviews toidentifyand select in ‑ store VMS candidates.
- Support the execution of Regional VM execution to ensure store empowerment and not lean only on the VM Team.
Cross ‑ Functional Collaboration & Administrative Responsibilities
- Act as point ofcontactfor all VM ‑ related external agencies and suppliers.
- Supportbookings andlogisticsfor VM team travel.
- Purchase, track, and manage props and accessories for use across Mexico stores.
- Ensuretimelyadaptation of all VM resources for the Mexico market through translation, localization, and sample development.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in retail visual merchandising, retail leadership, or retail brand experience.
- Experience supporting multiple stores or markets; cross ‑ functional partnership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of VM principles, product storytelling, and retail guest experience.
- Experience delivering andfacilitatingtraining to store teams.
- Working knowledge of campaign execution, signage development, and floorset planning.
- Proficiencyin translating creative concepts into localized, actionable tools.
- Bilingual: Spanish and Englishrequired.
