Job Summary:

Reporting to the Customs Manager, the Project Manager, Customs, will lead and support projects across the customs department. The ideal candidate will combine project management and integration expertise with customs knowledge, helping to deliver effective solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support projects for ERP and PLM system upgrades, implementations, and transitions;
  • Drive the development, configuration, and deployment of new system functionalities;
  • Manage requirements gathering, gap analysis, and documentation to ensure system solutions meet business needs;
  • Plan and execute system testing, validation, and quality assurance for all changes and upgrades;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business teams to ensure projects align with operational and regulatory requirements;
  • Support the implementation of US and international aggregator initiatives.


Requirements:

Strong knowledge and experience in the areas below:
  • Canada, US & UK customs clearance processes (via forwarders & courier companies);
  • Canada, US & UK customs compliance (Regulatory Agencies, Valuation, Classification);
  • Canada, US & UK customs portals (CARM, ACE, HMRC);
  • Duty drawback (CA, US);
  • Duty deferral/FTZ experience for the strategy post ERP launch.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in integration/project management/customs;
  • Experience with most of the systems (Bamboo Rose, Scale, RMS, GTNexus, BI Publisher, Power BI, Sigma, Condata);
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for daily communication with suppliers, employees, and stakeholders, both within and outside of Quebec;
  • CIFFA course as an asset;
  • CCS Certification is an asset.
