Position Overview
The Admin& Operations role will support the Showroom& Events team as well as the Brand Image team across EMEA. This role involves close collaboration with the different creative teams, finance and marketing. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations person to join our Creative Department. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for creativity who thrives in a dynamic, fast- paced environment. You will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the creative team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items. · Assist in project tracking and timeline updates. · Help maintain departmental workflows and process documentation. · Liese with internal departments to support project execution · Organize and manage creative assets · Track inventory of creative assets · Support with internal team communications and help coordinate events, brainstorms, creative reviews. · Support process improvement initiatives and standardization opportunities · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly decks, meetings · Support fiscal year budget preparation and forecast analysis across brands, channels, regions, and accounts · Maintain calendars and handle administrative tasks for the Heads of the dept.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Required Qualifications: · Strong attention to detail · Strong organizational and time management skills · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Business Intelligence tools, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. · Strong knowledge of business administrative tasks, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting principles · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Fluency in English is a must Desired Qualities: · Basic understanding of creative flows · Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive approach · Solution-oriented thinking · Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment · Team player with strong interpersonal skills · Results-driven attitude What We Offer: · Hands-on experience supporting a creative team and learning projects workflow. · Exposure to cross-functional teams and insight into the inner workings of a creative dept in a fast paced industry. · A collaborative, creative and supportive work environment.
