Moncler Legal Counsel

Overview

For our Worldwide Legal Affairs & Brand Protection Function, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Legal Counsel to join the Team at our HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

The Legal Counsel will support the team across a wide range of legal matters, with a particular focus on the Real Estate area.

Activities:

• Draft and negotiate national and international contracts (including, but not limited to: Marketing & Communications, Events, Digital, E-commerce, Retail, Privacy, Supply Chain, Purchasing & Procurement, Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution)
• Provide legal advice on civil and commercial law matters
• Manage national and international litigation, in coordination with external counsel

Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For:
Main qualifications:

• Law degree
• Previous experience of at least 3-5 years in a similar role within an international company or law firm
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills (knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot
