Reporting to: Head of Careers & Stakeholder Engagement
Salary range: £38,000 - £41,000
Contract Type: Full-time and Permanent (35 hours per week)
The Careers Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of a high‑quality, fashion‑focused careers and employability service for students at Vogue College of Fashion. The role plays an important part in ensuring students can access the opportunities, networks and skills required to succeed in the fashion and creative industries.
Vogue College of Fashion brings together academic depth and industry experience across campuses in major fashion capitals and through its online programmes. As an extension of Vogue, the College provides ongoing engagement with professionals from across the fashion sector, offering insights and experiences beyond the classroom. VCF is part of Edconic, a global educational group that partners with leading brands and institutions to deliver experiential learning.
The Careers Manager will lead on the administration and coordination of student work placements, deliver workshops and one‑to‑one guidance, and support the development of employer and alumni engagement activity.
We are seeking an individual with proven experience in careers advisory or employability support. Experience within the fashion industry and confidence delivering presentations and workshops are essential, alongside the ability to work proactively within a small, collaborative team.
