CRM & Client Data Intern
Job Description:
The CRM & Client Data Intern's role is to support the CRM & Data team, and more generally the various European markets, initially with the proper planning, management, and monitoring of newsletter campaigns, and then with client data analyses. One day per week, the Intern will be dedicated to Retail Learning topics, supporting the region in organizing, finalizing and following up on training content and sessions.
CRM Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination:
• Be the point of contact for the Europe region on newsletter topics.
• Coordinate the campaign plan calendar in collaboration with the ECOM and Marketing teams, as well as the various markets.
• Identify the database segments to target for each campaign while ensuring compliance with best practices for commercial pressure.
• Ensure validation of the proofs against the brief elements (Subject Lines, SKUs, Images, redirects...) mainly for the UK, IRL, IT & ES markets.
Execution of Ad-Hoc Campaigns Arising from Market Needs:
• Construct brief for each ad-hoc campaign.
• Coordinate the retrieval of brief elements.
• Configure campaigns in the SFMC tool: build templates, validate proofs with various stakeholders, configure campaigns.
• Test and optimize newsletter elements (subjects, CTAs, visuals).
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Campaign Analysis and Reporting:
• Track the performance of email campaigns (open rates, click-through rates, ECOM & Retail conversions).
• Analyze results and propose improvements.
• Share regular reports with various markets.
Benchmark and Market Trends:
• Implement a benchmark of campaigns sent in the luxury industry and elsewhere.
Data Responsibilities:
Client Reports:
• Implement a simplified report to be shared with the markets for better monitoring of client KPIs by various stakeholders.
Ad-Hoc Analysis:
• Participate in the development and sharing of various analyses and other studies.
• Localize insights.
Audience Builder:
• Support the various markets with their requests for client lists and other counts.
As part of the wider Retail Excellence & Omnichannel team, the intern might have to support other departments from this team on adhoc topics. More specifically support the Retail Learning Director during peak periods.

• Organize Training Sessions
• Track and Follow up on Sessions
• Participate to the animation of the Retail Learning Community
Content Creation:
• Support the markets in content creation
• Harmonize good practices across the region
• Contribute to sustainment of Learning Programs
Required Skills:
Technical:
• Proficiency in newsletter management tools, ideally SFMC.
• Proficiency in PPT > data presentation and esthetics
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Knowledge of best practices in email marketing.
Analytical:
• Ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions.
• Skills in reporting.
Interpersonal:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Fluent English: mandatory
• Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field, master 2 level
• Previous experience in managing newsletter campaigns.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR)
