The Project!

As an Ecommerce Catalogue Intern you will be in charge for the enrichment of the catalogue creation, supporting in all tasks regarding the product lifecycle, merchandising, new products, sales and promotions.

What will the role entail?

  • Systematically assist the catalog team in organizing and managing in order to ensure excellent catalog integration
  • Update existing product/images on the Pepe Jeans website, while adding new products where applicable
  • Daily use of our PIM to manage catalogues updates
  • Creation of the offer for each season. Management and updating the product catalogue. Identification and correction of incidents through our PIM.
  • Uploading product images and product information once published (descriptions, filters, other product information…) through our PIM.
  • Creation of product categories and categorisation
  • Prices: Full price and sale prices
  • Review of all changes in staging environments before publishing the products
  • Interdepartmental collaboration. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Strong organization skills & multi-tasking
  • Working close to the customer service department

Requirements
  • Degree or higher in Digital Business, BA or Ecommerce oriented studies
  • Fluent Spanish and English
  • High Excel level. Experience with SAP, PIMs and/or Asana will be highly valued
  • Analytical skills, collaborative and positive attitude, problem solving skills and critical thinking
